Dr. Kristina Dervojeda

Senior Manager, PwC Innovation Research Centre

Dr. Kristina Dervojeda specialises in policy research in the field of Key Enabling Technologies, Knowledge Transfer and commercialisation, with a particular focus on skills, knowledge and competences of people working in the abovementioned fields. Kristina leads PwC Innovation Research Centre (IRC) in the Netherlands. Kristina has been and is involved in various prestigious research assignments for the EU Institutions in a role of Project Manager and/or Senior Expert. Kristina has built a successful track record in managing large-scale international research assignments involving multiple countries and diverse stakeholder groups, as well as sensitive political contexts. For example, Kristina is currently leading a large-scale initiative on “Vision and Sectoral Pilot for Skills in Key Enabling Technologies” for DG GROWTH. Kristina has led “Enabling Technologies and Open Innovation” project for DG RTD, as well as the study on the “Comparison of European and non-European regional clusters in KETs: The case of semiconductors” for DG CONNECT. Kristina was also responsible for the coordination of the activities within WP2 of the European Cluster Observatory (DG GROWTH) and multiple other research assignments. Kristina is a frequent speaker at the national and international innovation conferences.
